  1. What are the coach sessions like?
  • The meeting takes place as the tete-a-tete conversation;
  • The place is agreed case by case and could be anywhere;
  • Online coach sessions are possible (by Zoom, Skype or via telephone);
  • The duration of one coach session is 1-1.5 hours;
  • The number of sessions is defined and agreed case by case, considering the peculiarities and difficulty of the discussed topic. It can vary from 1 to 10 meetings.

During coach sessions, you:

  • Define the strengths of a human being (abilities, talents, inner potential);
  • Define the long-term life and career;
  • Search for the balance between work and personal goals;
  • Compile the gradual plan of achieving the goals;
  • Reveal external and internal resources for fulfilling the defined plan.

It is the process of studying information, discussion of certain steps within the designed plan, analysis of strategies of behavior, gradual change of habits, supervision of the emotional feedback, asking motivating questions, development of new models of conscious behavior, development of restricting beliefs and much more that promotes a person in its personal development.

At that, life coach helps the client to learn how to:

  • Use his/her strengths to the full extent - typically, the client has no idea about these and thus does not use them;

You define the topic of the session and the result you’d like to get in the end. Next, depending on the situation, it is analyzed, and your values are defined. Based on the values, you work with your goals, needs and wishes. After these are defined, the work is focused on the ways of solution, strategies and approaches, which work for you in this situation in the best possible way.  Then, an action plan is developed, with the necessary details.
